About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in achieving material cost reduction targets for defined product areas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead idea generation workshops with production plant, purchase, hardware, and design teams
- →Drive quantitative risk management to decision making in steering committees
- →Perform project requirement analysis and finalization
- →Manage project scheduling, approval, and agreements
- →Track project performance and implement corrective measures
- →Solve problems using 8D, DAR, CAR methodologies
- →Generate mechanical partlists (BOM) and manage releases
- →Conduct DRBFM and quality assessments
- →Coordinate with customers and support production ramp-up
- →Manage engineering change requests and risk assessments
