Key Responsibilities

• →Actively participate in the re-conceptualization of the package strategy for Bosch Home Comfort and assist with process optimizations in digitalization projects in Sales, Controlling, and Complaint Management.
• →Significantly support the introduction and further development of KPI-based dashboards for visualizing and analyzing process efficiency.
• →Contribute to operational Sales and Order Management in package reimbursement, process EDIFACT and blocked orders, and participate in short-term order fulfillment topics.
• →Maintain and update annual agreements for wholesale trade and keep our Docupedia pages up to date.
• →As a 2nd-level support in the customer and partner area, process inquiries from installer customers and check and calculate action credits.
