$99,450 - $134,550 /year

Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the administration and operation of Medius, our Accounts Payable system, for APAC
- →Contribute to the design and improvement of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) policies and procedures
- →Ensure compliance with the 3-way match process and resolve any issues
- →Implement and manage Accounts Payable operations in APAC
- →Administer employee travel and expense through Concur
- →Progressively take on FP&A responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- →Analyze cost drivers and performance trends to provide actionable insights
- →Prepare monthly performance analysis and ad-hoc financial studies
- →Lead or participate in special projects to improve operational efficiency
- →Collaborate with the Finance Director to improve forecasting and reporting
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA preferred
- ✓5+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience with AP and FP&A exposure
- ✓Familiarity with P2P processes, Accounts Payable, and expense reimbursement
- ✓Experience with Medius, Concur, and Infor M3 is a plus
- ✓Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✓Strong Excel proficiency; Workday Adaptive Planning experience is a plus
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to work in a multinational, fast-growing environment
- ✓High attention to detail and proactive working style
- ✓Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
