About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Program Manager to join Bunkerhill and own end-to-end customer delivery of the Bunkerhill Carebricks AI platform across multiple health systems. This role involves working directly with clinicians, operations leaders, and IT teams to deploy AI-enhanced clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the customer lifecycle across multiple use cases, from discovery to go-live and hypercare
- →Guide customer teams to stand up cohort feeds and triggers using SQL extracts, HL7, Bulk FHIR, etc.
- →Validate end-to-end data flow and reconcile against Epic/ancillary systems
- →Install and configure Epic on FHIR app, guiding SMART on FHIR where relevant
- →Implement best writeback channel per use case, including FHIR create APIs, HL7 Z-segments, portal APIs, and SMART workflows
- →Build and enforce plans, manage risks and dependencies, and drive internal engineering and customer IT to hit deadlines
Requirements
- ✓Proven delivery experience integrating with EHRs, ideally Epic Systems, and major health-system IT environments
- ✓Hands-on fluency with HL7 v2, FHIR R4, OAuth2, and interface troubleshooting
- ✓Experience with cohort feeds and triggers via SQL extracts, HL7 feeds, and Bulk FHIR
- ✓Ability to run data integrity validation, including sampling, reconciliation, edge cases, and monitoring
- ✓Track record of writing results back into EHRs or clinical systems via FHIR create APIs, HL7 customization, external portal APIs, and SMART-based workflow patterns
- ✓Experience owning implementations end-to-end, from discovery to build to go-live and hypercare, with measurable outcomes
