About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations & Community Generalist to join our team at Candid Health. This role focuses on building systems, culture, and experiences that define life at our company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own day-to-day People Ops administration and serve as a point of contact for employee-related needs
- →Help translate complex people processes into scalable systems and automated workflows
- →Lead the strategy and execution of both company-wide employee experience initiatives and office-specific engagement programs
- →Partner closely with our Head of People and People Ops Lead on culture-building projects and sensitive People initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Early-career, high-slope operator with a hands-on, execution-heavy role
- ✓Community and culture-oriented with experience in planning events and bringing people together
- ✓Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with a process mindset
- ✓Passionate in people operations with a focus on improving employee experiences
