About the Role
Candid Health is seeking its first Solutions Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to our Sales team and drive growth. This role will involve working with major prospective customers to demonstrate the value of Candid's solutions for their revenue cycle challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the Sales team to pitch and close strategic enterprise prospects
- →Craft and deliver engaging product demonstrations
- →Conduct detailed value analyses for potential customers
- →Partner with Product, Delivery, and RCM teams to understand customer pain points
- →Educate and enable the Sales team on product value and capabilities
- →Help build a team focused on impactful healthcare solutions
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or Pre-Sales Engineering
- ✓Experience with complex, customizable products preferred
- ✓Understanding of business drivers and technical capabilities
- ✓Proven track record of partnering with Sales teams
- ✓Ability to develop creative solutions for complex challenges
- ✓Strategic thinking with excellent communication skills
- ✓Healthcare technology experience, particularly in revenue cycle management, is a plus
