About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on sales leader to join Canva Enterprise and help shape the future as the company scales. This role involves leading Canva Enterprise growth across North America, managing and scaling a team of Mid Market Account Executives to deliver against broader Enterprise revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead Canva Enterprise growth in the North America region
→Manage and scale a team of Mid Market Account Executives
→Deliver against broader Enterprise revenue goals
→Build and develop a high-performing, high-accountability team
→Create, educate, and refine sales playbooks and KPIs
→Hire, motivate, develop, and retain top talent
→Build great partnerships with Sales Development, Operations, Product, and Marketing

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience managing individual sellers in a market-leading SaaS business
✓Direct experience leading Mid Market teams
✓Experience selling at the Enterprise level
✓Passion for helping customers succeed with Canva
✓Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
✓Ability to prioritize effort where it matters most
✓Clear and confident communication skills
✓Hands-on self-starter with strong business acumen
