About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Canva's Southeast Asia Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions in the region, ensuring we build high-impact teams that reflect the diversity and ambition of Southeast Asia.

Requirements
- βProven, hands-on experience owning hiring from end to end across multiple countries in the region.
- βAbility to proactively build and nurture talent pipelines through market mapping, headhunting, and engaging passive talent.
- βExperience generating market intelligence using multiple platforms, communities, talent data tools, and AI-powered sourcing solutions.
- βSkill in turning data into hiring strategy by advising stakeholders and shaping realistic, high-impact hiring plans.
- βAbility to operate as a confident talent partner, challenging assumptions and guiding leaders toward better hiring outcomes.
