About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join Capco, a company that supports entrepreneurial thinking and operates with minimal hierarchy. This role involves overseeing a team of recruiters and managing the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs
- →Deliver successful recruitment campaigns against KPIs
- →Develop brand awareness and innovative attraction strategies
- →Produce performance reporting to drive outcomes and decisions
- →Conduct regular team meetings to foster collaboration
- →Interview candidates at all levels across various domains

Requirements
- ✓Prior recruitment experience in Financial Services/IT/Tech & Data
- ✓Proven success in in-house recruitment with stakeholder management
- ✓Experience with volume direct hiring
- ✓Team management experience
- ✓Onsite/in-house recruitment experience
- ✓Strong oral, written, and email communication skills
- ✓Problem-solving and independent thinking abilities
- ✓Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
