About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our expansion in the Kenyan market. This strategic leadership role will drive sales growth and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Capital.com tailored to the Kenyan market
→Identify and prioritize market segments based on commercial potential and regulatory environment
→Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and performance targets
→Drive acquisition of new clients and partners including retail clients, IBs, and institutional partnerships
→Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory frameworks
→Work closely with executive leadership to align regional goals with global objectives

Requirements

✓Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in leadership
✓Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, marketing or related field
✓Holder of Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) certificate
✓Proven track record of sales success and business expansion in Kenya
✓Strong understanding of Kenya's economic landscape and regulatory requirements
✓Native/fluent English and native/fluent Kiswahili language skills
