About the Role
We are looking for a General Sales Manager to join ADESA, a Carvana owned company operating over 50 locations throughout the US. This role requires driving business forward, leading a high-performing sales team, and executing the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop the sales team
- →Generate new business leads and close deals
- →Execute and lead ADESA’s Dealer Sales strategy
- →Influence and lead others as a people, customer, and business manager
- →Engage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive manner
- →Demonstrate knowledge of products and services
- →Maximize technology
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of people management experience
- ✓7+ years of customer service experience
- ✓5+ years of sales experience
- ✓Automotive/auction experience preferred
- ✓CRM experience preferred
- ✓College degree preferred
- ✓Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- ✓Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
- ✓Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- ✓Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
