About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Payments Sales Team in Europe. This role focuses on selling Lightspeed Payments to our existing customer base, helping merchants integrate our payment solution with their Lightspeed POS system.

Key Responsibilities

→Generate opportunities within our customer base through warm contacts, leads, and follow-ups
→Guide prospects through the sales process from qualification to closing
→Conduct presentations and lead price negotiations
→Collaborate with the onboarding team to support merchants from application to launch
→Provide payment expertise to other teams and offer coaching
→Share product feedback with development teams and assist with new product launches
→Document all activities in Salesforce.com
→Take on additional tasks as defined by management

Requirements

✓Minimum 2 years of experience in the payment sector
✓Minimum 3 years of experience in a closing role within solution or technology sales
✓Proven ability to develop own opportunities
✓Demonstrated success in a revenue-based environment
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
✓Passion for people and technology
