About the Role

Ema is seeking a world-class Demand Generation Marketing Leader to join as the founding individual contributor. This role involves architecting strategy, writing copy, and personally building the engine to drive Ema from $10M to $100M+ ARR.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own the qualified sales pipeline and ensure every campaign is revenue-generating
• →Design and execute strategies for Fortune 2000 companies, including 1:1 ABM and high-end direct mail
• →Lead field marketing efforts, including executive Salon Dinners and marquee conference presence
• →Orchestrate unified 4-week account blitzes using LinkedIn Ads, BDR outbound, and leadership push
• →Scale the network of industry Scouts to drive warm introductions into top-tier accounts
• →Leverage Agentic AI and LLMs to automate and scale marketing efforts
