About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our payments sales team in Europe. You will be responsible for selling Lightspeed Payments to our existing customer base, which integrates seamlessly with the Lightspeed POS system.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate opportunities within our client base by leveraging warm introductions from Account Managers, SDR-sourced introductions, phone and email based outreach, and follow up on company-led campaigns.
- →Effectively lead prospects through a defined sales process from qualification to signing.
- →Lead presentations and pricing negotiations
- →Partner with the onboarding team to lead merchants from application to launch.
- →Act as a payments subject matter expert for other units, offering guidance and coaching.
- →Share product-related feedback with our product teams and collaborate on new product launches.
- →Track activities in Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of payments experience
- ✓3+ years of experience in a closing role in a solution-sales / technology-related environment
- ✓History of developing their own opportunities
- ✓Demonstrated ability to have succeeded in a revenue target-based environment
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication
- ✓Fluent in both English and French
- ✓Passion for people and technology
