About the Role
Cato Networks is seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives to join their team in the DACH region. This role involves driving revenue by prospecting and qualifying potential customers in a fast-paced startup environment focused on cloud networking and security.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and qualify potential customers within an assigned geographic territory
- →Develop corporate customer prospects through direct telephone selling and emails
- →Work with Regional Sales Directors to identify potential customers and schedule presentations
- →Review leads weekly, maintain records, and generate reports on all activities
- →Stay informed on new products and services through sales training
- →Manage an intense, high-volume business with strong time management skills
- →Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of SDR experience in a startup environment, preferably in Networking or Security
- ✓Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quotas
- ✓Blend of strategic thinking and tactical implementation
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
- ✓Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- ✓Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, Discovering, or similar SDR tools
- ✓Ability to travel to trade shows when needed (~1-2x/year)
- ✓BA/BS Degree or equivalent higher education
- ✓Native German speaker required
