About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role supports various functions and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Track and report on factory financial performance to business managers
- →Develop and maintain processes to improve data accuracy in manufacturing transition
- →Advance factory cost model with detailed analyses of COGS and P&L
- →Develop finance requirements to improve ERP tracking of factory costs
- →Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM fields
- ✓2-5 years of experience at a fast-growing technology company or dynamic business
- ✓Strong understanding of budget development, forecasting, and financial analysis
- ✓Strong understanding of GAAP and 3 statement financials
- ✓Strong Excel and SQL experience
- ✓Understanding of Enterprise Applications (ERP, MES) and basic data architecture
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication and data presentation skills
- ✓Collaborative work style with high energy and flexibility during busy periods
- ✓Ability to perform activities such as typing and sitting for extended periods
- ✓Willingness to travel occasionally and work in industrial facility environments
