About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Associate to join our growing People team at Charlie Health. This role is a core execution role within People Operations, responsible for managing high-volume employee lifecycle processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end onboarding in UKG, including data entry, background checks, and document collection
- →Track onboarding progress in Monday.com and coordinate with Talent, IT, and People Ops
- →Partner with IT to support system provisioning and resolve access issues
- →Manage end-to-end offboarding in Jira, including exit documentation and system deactivation
- →Process employee changes and prepare updated employee letters
- →Complete employment verifications accurately and within SLAs
- →Maintain accurate, compliant employee personnel files
- →Respond to and resolve People Ops tickets and inbox requests
- →Support basic People Ops reporting and Excel-based data tasks
Requirements
- ✓Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our NYC office
- ✓Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ✓1–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or similar role
- ✓Experience with employee lifecycle processes
- ✓Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG preferred) and tools like Jira and Monday.com
- ✓Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- ✓Clear, professional communication skills
- ✓Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data validation
- ✓Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
