About the Role
Superhuman is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will take ownership of the business recruiting funnel, driving outcomes from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to build collaborative relationships and optimize each stage of the recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex Sales roles
- →Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- →Architect and improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks
- →Analyze recruiting funnel data and drive process improvements
- →Evaluate and elevate candidate experience
- →Develop and own employment branding initiatives
- →Lead diversity and inclusion efforts across the recruiting journey
- →Champion cross-team alignment and stakeholder communication
Requirements
