About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join Checkatrade, the UK’s go-to home improvement marketplace. This role is focused on expanding our trade base by acquiring new businesses and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive revenue growth by acquiring new small and medium trade businesses
→Conduct in-depth market analysis to determine market penetration and competitive positioning
→Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Account Management, Vetting, Product, and Operations
→Build comprehensive product knowledge and tailor business cases to fit prospect requirements
→Manage the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

Requirements

✓Proven experience in commercial and new sales with a focus on outbound acquisition
✓Expertise in identifying potential clients, developing tailored proposals, and achieving revenue targets
✓Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with tradespeople and collaborate with internal teams
