About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team at Checkatrade. This role focuses on building and launching CRM campaigns across various channels to engage users and drive value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and launch CRM campaigns and journeys in Braze across email, SMS, Push, and in-app channels
- →QA campaigns thoroughly to ensure accuracy, deliverability, and brand alignment
- →Build and maintain lifecycle journeys such as onboarding, engagement, upgrades, and retention flows
- →Support experimentation through A/B testing and optimisation of messaging, timing, and channels
- →Maintain campaign calendars and manage delivery timelines, clearly communicating with stakeholders
- →Uphold data privacy, consent, and compliance standards across all communications
