Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Brand & Culture at Chime

About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead culture-first, 360-degree brand campaigns that shape how millions of people think and feel about money. This role involves creative strategy and execution, directing agency and in-house creative, activating talent and creator partnerships, and managing campaign P&Ls.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead end-to-end 360-degree brand campaigns from insight and brief to production, launch, and measurement.
• →Serve as Chime’s brand steward across paid, social, partnerships, PR, product, and owned channels.
• →Lead in-house contextual ad creative and optimize assets across channels.
• →Drive brand activations, co-marketing, and content production around consumer passion points.
• →Define brand health and campaign success metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on learnings.
• →Be accountable for campaign budgets and deliver creative excellence at scale.
• →Work cross-functionally with product marketing, growth, social, and communications.
