About the Role
Cint is seeking a Senior People Operations Associate to join their People Operations team. This role involves supporting the Global People Team with various HR processes and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- βExecute new employee onboarding, including offer documentation and contracts
- βExecute leaver offboarding processes and coordinate with other functions for a smooth exit
- βTrack leaves such as sick, vacation or maternity in HRIS
- βServe as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related issues
- βRepresent the People Organization to the business, providing local expertise in laws and regulations
- βOrganize, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records
- βContribute to the creation and maintenance of various internal HR processes
- βUpdate, maintain, and present reports with KPIs such as turnover rates and hires
- βSupport the Payroll department by providing employee information, leaves and benefits
- βLiaise with local IT for hardware issues and collection
- βSupport new hires and leavers during their onboarding and offboarding
- βReview and prepare Payroll changes for processing
- βMaintain and administer local benefits
- βExecute background checks and other pre-employment screening
- βPrepare correspondence, arrange meetings, and process confidential documents
- βHandle all employee queries with confidentiality
Requirements
- βExperience in People Operations or HR administration
- βStrong understanding of HR processes and local employment laws
- βExcellent organizational and communication skills
- βAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
- βProficiency with HRIS systems and databases
- βAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
