About the Role
This is a specialized role responsible for maximizing candidate generation and initial contact for Colliers Japan's recruitment needs. The position focuses on proactive direct sourcing to continuously build high-quality candidate pipelines. Working closely with recruitment managers, this role plays a key part in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to drive strategic and operational growth. The position also ensures candidates receive a smooth and engaging recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct talent sourcing using various job media, social networks, recruitment agencies, and networking events, particularly targeting candidates in the real estate industry
- →Manage stakeholders by providing advice on recruitment strategies and market trends in collaboration with recruitment managers
- →Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- →Enhance candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and managing expectations
- →Build Colliers Japan's recruitment brand by actively participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
- →Maintain data management by keeping accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and creating regular recruitment metrics reports
- →Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and Colliers' internal regulations
- →Participate in projects and temporary assignments as needed
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- ✓Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment channels
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
