About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our rapidly growing Sales team at Clipboard. This role involves connecting workplaces with professionals through our app-based marketplace, helping to improve lives by creating career growth and financial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and generate pipeline via outbound calls & emails and inbound lead follow-up
- →Pitch and demo Clipboard clearly, tailoring the story to each facility’s pain points
- →Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement
- →Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
- →Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
- →Occasional travel to the US for conferences, team time, and select customer meetings
Requirements
- ✓0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer-facing roles, or B2B field sales (Early Career Path)
- ✓3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (Experienced Path)
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences
- ✓Curiosity, persistence, and a bias for action
- ✓Organization and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline
