About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team at Cloudflare and provide excellent legal services on a wide variety of matters covered by the Corporate Legal team, including corporate governance processes and compliance with U.S. securities laws.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the first point of contact to internal business units to answer corporate legal inquiries
- →Assist with preparation and filing of SEC and NYSE documents
- →Prepare board of directors and committee materials
- →Administer Cloudflare’s Insider Trading Policy
- →Assist with securities issuance and transfer matters
- →Organize and maintain legal documentation
- →Support colleagues with global organizational structure and transactions
Requirements
- ✓Manage own time with limited or no supervision
- ✓Hit the ground running and take charge of the position
- ✓Multitask, prioritize, and be responsive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
- ✓Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ✓Strong oral and written communication skills
- ✓Experience with Section 16 filings, board communications portals, and stock transfer agents
- ✓2+ years paralegal or legal clerk experience strongly preferred
