About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Data Analyst to join our team at PPRO. This role is responsible for developing and managing the compliance data function, ensuring effective management of compliance risks globally. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to foster a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and integrate intelligence sources to enhance monitoring rules and enrich internal datasets
- →Execute an implementation plan to address analytical support for regulatory reporting
- →Establish an effective engagement model between analytics and Compliance
- →Identify opportunities for automated compliance monitoring
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of experience in data analytics
- ✓Proficiency in SQL and Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- ✓Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- ✓Hands-on experience with data transformation and modelling
- ✓Solid prioritisation skills and excellent stakeholder management skills
- ✓Understanding of data integrity, quality, and governance
- ✓Prior experience in regulatory reporting and monitoring controls
