About the Role
We are looking for an Onboarding Lead for EMEA at Cloudflare to design and manage a world-class onboarding program for new hires across the region. This role focuses on integrating new employees into the company culture and accelerating their time-to-productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end creation and facilitation of high-impact onboarding sessions, ensuring content is engaging and culturally relevant for the EMEA region.
- →Oversee the operational logistics and lifecycle of the onboarding program, managing timelines, resources, and communications.
- →Identify, onboard, and coach internal subject matter experts and leadership speakers, providing actionable feedback.
- →Partner closely with Onboarding Leads in other geographies to maintain program consistency while adapting strategies to meet regional requirements.
- →Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding journey.
- →Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers across EMEA.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 2-3 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Program Management, or Sales experience within the EMEA market.
- ✓Proven track record of delivering dynamic presentations and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences.
- ✓Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and executive coaching.
- ✓Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, able to prioritize and manage work independently.
- ✓Experience using data and analytics tools to measure program ROI and sentiment.
