Want to shape how the worldβs leading brands use Cloudinaryβs DAM (Digital Asset Management)?
Weβre looking for a Lead Product Manager (DAM) with a strong SaaS background and a practical passion for AI. Youβll own major parts of our DAM experience and platform, helping customers move faster from content creation to activation, with higher adoption and measurable business impact.
In this role, youβll lead end-to-end initiatives across the DAM lifecycle: ingestion, collaboration and approvals, content lifecycle workflow, secure sharing, and external content activation. Youβll also collaborate with adjacent teams on metadata/search and integrations where needed.
Responsibilities
β’ Own a significant product area within Cloudinary DAM: define the strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and execution plan - from discovery to GA and adoption.
β’ Translate customer problems and business goals into crisp product bets: PRDs, user journeys, edge cases, phased delivery plans, and clear βwhat good looks like.β
β’ Drive customer obsession at scale: lead discovery with design partners, validate problems, run pilots, and turn learnings into roadmap decisions and shipped outcomes.
β’ Partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, and Technical Writing to deliver high-quality experiences with strong UX, reliability, and performance.
β’ Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing to support launches, competitive differentiation, expansion, and adoption - and actively participate in strategic sales cycles (discovery, solution shaping, exec alignment) to help close key deals.
β’ Evaluate and manage third-party/partner capabilities where needed (including white-label components), balancing build vs. buy, cost, time-to-value, and long-term maintainability.
β’ Develop a deep understanding of DAM personas and workflows (creatives, marketers, brand teams, operations, agencies, IT/security), and design for real day-to-day constraints.
β’ Build industry-leading AI agents and agentic experiences that measurably improve customer ROI and reduce content time-to-market (TTM).
β’ Use AI thoughtfully to improve outcomes (e.g., approvals, workflow, activation), with a strong bar for trust, quality, and safety.
β’ Work closely with adjacent product teams to align on shared workflows and platform dependencies - without owning their roadmaps.
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of Product Management experience owning a SaaS product area end-to-end.
β’ Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business impact (e.g., adoption, retention, expansion, pipeline/ARR influence), not just ship features.
β’ Strong customer-facing skillsmuscle: discovery, validation, and active involvement in strategic deals and escalations.
β’ Proven execution leadership: can align stakeholders, make tradeoffs, and deliver iteratively at high velocity in ambiguous environments.
β’ Bias to ship: chooses momentum over perfection and drives rapid releases that move metrics.
β’ High proficiency with AI concepts and productization: can identify where AI creates leverage, define evaluation/quality bars, and ship responsibly.
β’ Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle: strategy, requirements, UX/UI collaboration, engineering execution, QA/release readiness, and iteration.
β’ Agile mindset with the ability to improve team execution (prioritization, clarity, cadence, feedback loops).
β’ Excellent written and verbal English communication.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in computer science or equivalent.
Advantage
β’ Experience with DAM and/or adjacent systems (CMS, PIM, eCommerce platforms) and the realities of content operations at scale.
β’ Hands-on builder mindset: shipped production experiences leveraging AI (even if not writing all the code).
β’ Experience with AI agents / agentic workflows, orchestration, or automation-heavy products.
