About the Role

We are seeking an Institutional Account Manager to join Coinbase, a company dedicated to increasing economic freedom worldwide through crypto and blockchain technology. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on Coinbase’s institutional products, delivering exceptional service to our most valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

→Support key institutional client relationships by managing client needs and collaborating with sales, operations, and other teams
→Address client escalations promptly and communicate updates to leadership
→Enhance client experience by supporting partner management and seamless execution
→Build product and workflow expertise to help institutional clients navigate Coinbase’s product suite
→Manage client requests by prioritizing issues and escalating complex matters
→Contribute to demos and sales support by participating in client calls
→Organize client feedback to help identify product enhancements

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in Account Management or Relationship Management
✓Team-oriented and client-focused with a strong sense of collaboration
✓Excellent communication skills with both verbal and written abilities
✓Relationship builder with proven ability to establish trust-driven relationships
✓Proficiency with Google Suite
