About the Role
We are looking for a Twitter native content creator to join Coinbase and contribute to the company’s social presence. This role will work alongside our CT Lead and communication teams to create engaging content that aligns with the company’s messaging and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- →Creating high quality, engaging content for executive and brand channels, ensuring alignment with overall company messaging and brand voice.
- →Making memes and posting engaging content.
- →Working directly with the policy team to deliver messaging in a social native way.
- →Working cross-functionally on product and brand marketing campaigns to bring them to life on Twitter/X.
- →Building content campaigns to deliver our corporate messaging in compelling, engaging ways.
- →Monitoring Twitter/X trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content creation.
- →Standing up working processes and content systems between internal teams.
- →Monitoring, advising on and responding to FUD through short and long term strategies.
- →Engaging directly with the Twitter/X community, responding to mentions, and building relationships.
- →Analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
- →Being flexible with working hours as crypto never sleeps.
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of social and new media landscapes.
- ✓Passion for crypto and economic freedom.
- ✓Strong background in building and engaging with a social media following, especially on X.
- ✓Meme proficiency.
- ✓Fast learner who can jump straight into our policy work.
- ✓Proven experience as a talented copywriter and memer.
- ✓Direct communication style; despises corporate speak.
- ✓Thick skin – open to feedback and does not get emotionally affected.
- ✓Born & raised in the Twitter/X trenches.
- ✓Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
