About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join Plaud Inc., a company building the world's most trusted AI work companion for professionals. This role focuses on managing outreach, relationship building, campaign execution, and performance tracking across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and qualify creators across tech, business, productivity, healthcare, sales, and vertical professional communities
- →Conduct outreach using email, DMs, platforms, etc.
- →Coordinate end-to-end influencer activations: briefs, product seeding, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- →Track content performance including content quality, click sessions, engagement, reach, sentiment, ROI, CPV, and attributed revenue
- →Optimize influencers weekly based on performance signals
- →Work with Brand and Product Marketing on messaging and briefs
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- ✓2-5 years in influencer, creator, or partnerships management, preferably in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics
- ✓Strong negotiation and long-term partnership-building skills
- ✓Understanding of local creator landscape and content trends
- ✓Strong execution, communication, and cross-functional skills
- ✓Data-driven mindset with basic analytics skills
- ✓Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency
