About the Role

Collibra is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join their Customer Experience (CX) team. This individual contributor role focuses on executing and managing critical customer experience programs to enhance engagement, drive retention, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify friction points in the customer journey and work with departments to redesign processes
→Collaborate cross-functionally, including with leadership, to integrate program objectives with organizational goals
→Lead the implementation of key customer programs aligned with the customer's journey
→Develop and maintain workflows, templates, and resources to standardize program execution
→Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments and enhance program performance

Requirements

✓3-5 years of experience in program management, consulting, customer success, or a related role
✓Strong organizational and project/program management skills
✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✓Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on program success metrics
✓Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite apps
✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
