About the Role
We are looking for a Launch Manager to join our team at Commure, a healthcare technology company transforming the industry with AI solutions. This role will play a critical part in delivering seamless Scribe implementation experiences for our healthcare customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end implementation projects from contract close to go-live
- →Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies
- →Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders during implementation
- →Partner with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback
- →Deliver customized training sessions for end-users
- →Gather feedback to identify areas for process improvement
- →Create and maintain implementation documentation and best practices
- →Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Mathematics, Biology, or related field
- ✓3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or related roles
- ✓Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- ✓Technical proficiency including experience with data analysis and API integrations
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- ✓Ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver practical solutions
- ✓Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or medical documentation workflows is a plus
- ✓Proficiency in Retool or SQL is a plus
- ✓PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
- ✓Experience in prompt engineering is a bonus
- ✓Ability to travel up to 30% for on-site client engagement
