About the Role

Shift4 is seeking an Onboarding Operations Associate – EU to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners. This role will serve as the primary contact for onboarding inquiries and ensure a smooth transition for new businesses into Shift4’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners.
→Handle post-onboarding change requests from merchants and partners.
→Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the onboarding system.
→Handle cases efficiently, maintaining service-level expectations.
→Collaborate with clients to gather required documentation and information.
→Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
→Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues.
→Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Product Development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
→Identify process gaps and areas for improvement and escalate recommendations appropriately.

Requirements

✓Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high volumes of requests and prioritize effectively.
✓Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
✓Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Legal studies considered an asset.
✓Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
✓2–3 years of experience in a service-oriented role.
