About the Role
Confluent is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to accelerate demand, pipeline, and revenue in the Digital Native Segment. This role operates at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, translating Confluent’s Data Streaming Platform into clear value and activating it across the GTM organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect narratives by defining the segment, identifying use cases, prioritizing verticals, and crafting messaging for sophisticated buyers and skeptical builders.
- →Discover winning plays by deconstructing deals to build a proven foundation for repeatable success.
- →Drive the playbook by activating narratives with collateral such as pitch decks, battle cards, discussion guides, webinars, and more.
- →Accelerate execution by pressure-testing plays with sales and marketing, and turning early wins into global motions.
Requirements
- ✓Digital Native fluency: 6+ years working, marketing, or selling in the space, ideally focused on data and analytics.
- ✓Business and technical depth: Effectively communicate business and technical impact across buying committees.
- ✓Field empathy: Motivate sellers with competing priorities to activate your narratives, and partner across global marketing teams to deliver them.
- ✓Data-driven mindset: Launch quickly and rapidly iterate, understanding the nuances of qualitative and quantitative data.
