About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at Connecteam, a TLV-based startup focused on changing the work experience for deskless employees. As the face of Connecteam, you will consult businesses, provide top-notch customer service, and help improve our product based on client feedback.

Key Responsibilities

→Become a product expert and consult businesses to convert them into paying customers
→Own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the team’s pipeline
→Provide top-notch customer service and be the face of the company
→Influence the product based on client demands and needs
→Cross-department involvement and information sharing
→Demonstrate initiative, independence, and ownership

Requirements

✓At least 1.5 years of SDR/BDR sales experience in SaaS companies
✓Strong record of quota attainment
✓Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
✓Self-learner, autodidact, and high independence
✓Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
✓Experience working with CRM and project management tools
✓Energetic, positive, and motivated
✓Team player with strong communications skills
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
✓Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri
