About the Role
Connecteam is seeking a Partner Manager to build and nurture relationships with strategic partners. This role combines relationship management, business development, and enablement to drive mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
- →Drive partner engagement through webinars, enablement sessions, and events
- →Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks
- →Support partners with enablement activities
- →Collaborate with partner teams to identify growth opportunities
- →Share partner insights with Connecteam’s management team
- →Track and report on key performance indicators
Requirements
- ✓2+ years experience in customer-facing roles in SaaS (Sales, Business Development, Account Management)
- ✓Experience working with partners
- ✓Knowledge and experience in the payroll world (advantage)
- ✓Loves business trips
- ✓Social personality with strong networking skills
- ✓Training and coaching skills
- ✓Public speaking skills
