About the Role
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team at Constant Contact. This role involves serving as the connective tissue across teams and keeping complex programs moving forward. You will help shape how we build, scale, and secure our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the key point of contact for all project and/or program-related activities.
- →Lead projects and initiatives supporting strategic goals across multiple departments.
- →Assemble and drive large cross-functional teams, identify resources, and develop detailed project plans.
- →Communicate frequently with team members and senior business stakeholders regarding project status.
- →Initiate action to identify and resolve project problems/issues.
- →Facilitate decision-making between project team members.
- →Provide status reports to project team members and senior management.
- →Work collaboratively to develop methods for improving productivity and efficiency.
- →Cultivate inter-departmental relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of project management experience working with technical teams.
- ✓Hands-on experience managing infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or security-related projects.
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and DevOps best practices.
- ✓Experience supporting or leading cloud migration initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
- ✓Strong understanding of security and compliance considerations in modern cloud infrastructure.
- ✓Confident team leader and consensus builder with strong motivational skills.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work across multiple job levels and manage teams across multiple locations.
- ✓Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non-technical partners.
- ✓Demonstrated use of sound and proven project management practices and tools.
- ✓Proficient in Agile and KANBAN project methodology. Knowledge of how to use JIRA.
- ✓PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
