About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join Convera, a leading non-bank B2B cross-border payments company. In this role, you will provide internal support to the sales and operations group and act as a liaison to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle incoming telephone calls and emails from internal and external customers regarding pre and post-payment queries
- →Input and update client information accurately into SFDC
- →Provide transaction monitoring and reporting for clients
- →Update cases and clients regularly according to SLAs
- →Act as a bridge between Sales, Client, and Operations
- →Maintain focus on personal and team goals, ensuring all calls are handled within SLAs
- →Offer support and advice to clients, responding to queries within agreed SLAs
- →Deliver professional email communications within SLAs
Requirements
- ✓Experience in a client-facing role with professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- ✓Ability to work in a high-volume service delivery environment and meet deadlines
- ✓Experience in Financial Services is desirable
- ✓Familiarity with office productivity tools like MS Office
- ✓Ability to handle objections and complaints
- ✓High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- ✓Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
