We are looking for a Production Operations Manager to join CookUnity, a platform connecting chefs with food lovers nationwide. This role focuses on managing daily operations in the Los Angeles market, driving improvements, and ensuring efficiency across kitchen, warehouse, food safety, fulfillment, and logistics departments.

Requirements

✓Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
✓Experience in operations, logistics, cold storage, or similar production environments
✓Proven experience managing labor, scheduling, and shift-based teams
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Ability to track, interpret, and report on operational KPIs
✓Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
✓Proficiency with operational dashboards and reporting tools
