About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Coram AI in Bangalore. This role will support our US-based Account Executives by generating qualified pipeline for our cloud video security platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with the US sales team to build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities
- →Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) into target accounts across multiple industries
- →Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally to schedule qualified meetings
- →Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach to their business needs
- →Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in our CRM
- →Collaborate with US-based Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- →Consistently hit or exceed daily/weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked)
Requirements
- ✓2-6 years of experience in a sales development role
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- ✓Grit, resilience, and a competitive drive to exceed targets
- ✓Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex technology solutions
- ✓Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/engagement tools is a plus
- ✓Ability to work night shift (US hours, till 3 AM IST)
- ✓Ability to work in an onsite environment
