We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Coram AI, a company reimagining video security using computer vision and AI. This role involves building and developing the sales team, culture, and GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Hire, train, and coach full-cycle Account Executives
- →Drive sales growth by hitting revenue targets and growing pipeline
- →Maintain a book of strategic accounts
- →Define what winning looks like in every step of the sales cycle
- →Shape GTM strategy with Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Product
- →Create scalable processes from forecasting to deal execution
Requirements
- ✓6–10 years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years managing teams
- ✓Proven success building or scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
- ✓Track record of above-target performance
- ✓Experience selling SaaS, security, or enterprise technology
- ✓Comfortable leading a team selling to national and Canadian accounts
- ✓Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to work in an onsite environment
