About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join Coram AI, a company reimagining video security using computer vision and AI. This role will focus on building and hiring high-performing sales teams to scale our go-to-market organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively source Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to build strong hiring pipelines
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for AE roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
- →Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- →Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS
- →Support hiring across multiple locations including the California Bay Area, London, Utah, Arizona, and New York
- →Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health
Requirements
- ✓Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations
- ✓Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently
- ✓Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota
- ✓Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- ✓Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams)
