About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Program Recruiter to join Correlation One and support the project management and successful recruitment of our Expert Network. This role requires sourcing talent, interviewing, scheduling coordination, and providing a white glove experience to candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and team coordination through to offer
- →Provide white glove candidate experience and communications
- →Generate and execute active and passive sourcing strategies to target high quality candidates, at volume
- →Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including posting to relevant job boards and LinkedIn
- →Maintain and track candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
- →Process offers and track hires through Worksuite
- →Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and provide solutions to improve time-to-hire, sourcing techniques and overall process improvement
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume, contract or contingent talent environment.
- ✓Proven track record of developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines at scale.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and time-to-hire.
- ✓Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously under pressure.
- ✓Stellar written and verbal communication, with strong relationship-building skills for engaging both candidates and internal teams.
- ✓Experience in recruiting for ed tech, higher ed, or specialized expert networks/content roles is a significant advantage.
- ✓Highly self-motivated, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to think critically and learn quickly, operating with a high degree of autonomy.
