About the Role
Coupa is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our global Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance team. This critical role will serve as a financial partner to one of our GTM Directors, providing data-driven insights and supporting strategic decision-making in a high-growth, private equity-sponsored environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in the preparation of financial models and processes for the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and recurring forecast cycles.
- →Prepare and present high-quality, precise reporting packages for senior leadership and management, including timely variance analysis.
- →Support the creation and regular weekly delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business focus and strategy alignment.
- →Collaborate closely with GTM operations, Sales leadership, FP&A, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams.
- →Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and inform critical business decisions.
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Corporate Finance, preferably supporting a GTM, Sales, or Marketing organization in the enterprise software/SaaS industry.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- ✓Financial model maintenance experience with a focus on high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- ✓Ability to clearly organize financial data and communicate findings to your immediate team and leader.
- ✓Experience with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Slides. Previous use of financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan) is preferred.
- ✓Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required given the Colombia location and global team focus.
- ✓A "can-do" attitude and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
