About the Role
We are looking for a Rocket Now Ads Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales team for the new Rocket Now food delivery app in Tokyo. This role involves developing and executing advertising sales strategies, managing key partnerships, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- โLead the advertising sales team and manage OKR implementation
- โDevelop and execute quarterly and annual plans aligned with sales and growth targets
- โBuild relationships with major advertisers and strategic partners
- โDesign and propose advertising solutions tailored to partners' objectives
- โAnalyze market data to identify new advertising product needs
- โManage advertising performance metrics and provide improvement proposals
- โCoach and develop team members while promoting OKR culture
- โCollaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges and support OKR achievement
Requirements
- โ10+ years of experience in advertising sales, B2B sales, account management, or business development
- โ3+ years of sales team leadership or management experience
- โExperience with OKR or similar goal management frameworks
- โTrack record of managing complex projects with major advertisers and strategic partners
- โAbility to develop and execute strategies based on data analysis
- โBusiness-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
