About the Role
We are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join Coupang's dynamic team in Taiwan. This role supports the Total Rewards team while contributing to global compensation initiatives, driving operational excellence in areas like offer reviews and compensation cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- βServe as the primary partner for Taiwan Total Rewards operations, reviewing and processing offers within established guidelines and service levels
- βManage day-to-day Total Rewards operations, including preparing and reviewing data for retention-related cases and review cycles
- βSupport Global Total Rewards initiatives by assisting international teams with market data analysis, compensation models and templates
- βEnsure fair and compliant application of the companyβs rewards philosophy
- βPartner with the team to support the design and review of compensation programs
- βHelp identify employee needs from a total rewards perspective and support the operation of data-driven compensation programs
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree with 4+ years of experience in Total Rewards or HR Operations
- βStrong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting with high accuracy
- βFamiliarity with market surveys, job evaluation methodologies, and compensation benchmarking
- βExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads
- βCulturally sensitive, with experience working in large, matrixed organizations
- βEffective communication skills across cultures; fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- βCollaborative team player, flexible on CoE assignments
