About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, mission-driven Recruiter to join our People team at Courier Health. As our second recruiting hire, you'll partner closely with our Go to Market Teams to build a world-class team and support patients with chronic and rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities

→Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles, with a heavy emphasis on Sales, Client Solutions, and Marketing.
→Partner closely with the GTM leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, leveling, and headcount priorities.
→Run high-quality intakes and build structured interview plans that evaluate technical competencies, collaboration, and impact.
→Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
→Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
→Drive an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful closing.
→Use data to manage funnel health and continuously improve our hiring motion.
→Evaluate and implement recruiting tools, including AI-powered sourcing and workflow automation.
→Collaborate on employer branding, helping tell Courier’s story to technical talent.

Requirements

✓3+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to Sales, Client Solutions, and/or other customer-facing roles.
✓Proven full-cycle recruiter who can run multiple searches at once without dropping quality.
✓Strong understanding of how to hire and scale revenue teams, familiar with common GTM role profiles.
✓Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and pushing for clarity on role scope, process, and decision-making.
✓Scrappy, proactive, and resourceful with a strong communicator and relationship-builder.
✓Data-informed mindset with a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
✓Curious about or experienced with AI tools for recruiting.
