About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Courier Health's People team. This role will focus on scaling technical teams by hiring engineering talent and partnering with the CTO and engineering leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles, with a heavy emphasis on software engineers
- →Partner with CTO and engineering leadership to define role requirements and success profiles
- →Run high-quality intakes and build structured interview plans
- →Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top engineering talent
- →Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- →Drive an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and process
- →Use data to manage funnel health and continuously improve hiring motion
- →Evaluate and implement recruiting tools, including AI-powered sourcing
- →Collaborate on employer branding to attract technical talent
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally including technical recruiting
- ✓Agency background or prior experience in fast-paced startup environments
- ✓Experience owning full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close
- ✓Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
- ✓Scrappy, proactive, and resourceful approach
- ✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
- ✓Strong communicator who can build trust with candidates and stakeholders
- ✓Data-informed mindset
- ✓Mission-driven, outgoing, and energized by people and problem-solving
- ✓Curious about or experienced with AI tools for recruiting
