About the Role
We are looking for a Group Product Manager for Bare Metal as a Service to join Crusoe. This role will drive the vision and own outcomes for Crusoe's bare metal compute portfolio, delivering direct GPU and CPU server access that powers demanding AI training and inference workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the vision and strategic roadmap for bare metal compute, including GPU and CPU server offerings
- →Own outcomes for the bare metal portfolio, ensuring alignment between hardware investments and customer demand
- →Define product direction across new GPU generations and server configurations
- →Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver fleet-level capabilities
- →Build consensus with engineering leads and finance teams on capacity planning
- →Define pricing and packaging models that maximize utilization
- →Partner with sales and customer success to incorporate enterprise customer feedback
- →Mentor product managers and engineers
- →Represent bare metal strategy to customers and partners
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of product management experience with infrastructure or platform products
- ✓Deep expertise in compute infrastructure and large-scale fleet operations
- ✓Strong understanding of GPU-based AI workloads
- ✓Demonstrated ability to drive vision and strategic direction for a product portfolio
- ✓Experience building consensus across engineering, operations, and finance teams
- ✓Strong analytical skills interpreting utilization and financial metrics
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Track record of developing other product managers or engineers
